YouTubeでフリクションのビデオ投稿しようとサインアップを試みるもなぜか、"Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com."の表示でうまくいかない。

Email addressやUsernameをいろいろ変えてみたりDate of Birthを正直に記入してもダメ。
でヤケクソになってCountryをアフガニスタンにしてみたらどういうわけか登録できた（爆）。
